Growing crime-- THEFT

To eradicate the crime of THEFT we should apply those punishments which were applicable in our holy prophet  
MUHAMMAD ( SALAALAHO ALAIHI WASALIM)'S time .
In SAUDI ARABIA , these crimes are very rare due to Islamic rule of law.
